I have a 2 bedroom house in Mumbai that i inherited from my mother after she passed away in 2007 which is in my name and my father resides there right now . He has got a GPA signed by me for that property which I dont have copy of and now i want to sell that property. Can I revoke power of attorney and what is the procedure ? OR can i take a stay order on property so that he cannot sell it without my knowledge by way of acting on GPA.

You can anytime get the GPA revoked and don't forget to give its notice to your father in writing and also get this revocation published in local news-paper. There is no need to get any stay order thereafter as you have discharged your duty in that way.
One thing is not understandable. How only you became owner of that property by way of inheritance when your father is also alive?

The Principal can any time revoke the agency of this nature.
So do it now.

You can cancel it any time. Issue notice to ur father, and also publish in News Paper.
