Power of Talathi on deputation.

Dear Sir,

I have two quries regarding the Talathi who has appointed on deputation with extra charge because of original Talathi has expired.

1) Is he can have power to add or register our name in 7-12 after receiving order from Dandadhikari??

2) Is he can reinvestigate the matter & submitte the queries infront of PRANT after receiving order from Dandadhikari (Court) regarding adding or registering our name in 7-12??

1.YES,He has a power.2.no talathi does not have investigative powers,he can fill only dispute register and circle officer can decide the matter,and so on...

Thanks for answer.

But Talathi has applied to Prant for asking some guidelines after receiving order from Dandadhkari.
