What are the powers of mediation cell .Can orders be challenged of mediation cell

A mediation cell has no power except to try it's best for mediation between parties.

It is only a conciliatory body. Unless the parties reach to a settlement and put that in writing and file in the court and something is done in pursuance of that compromise nothing could be done.

When the settlement is reached and documented in writing and filed in the court for quashing and once the cases are quashed ,but if there is a clause of Mutual Consent Divorce and one party not showing interest for divorce than what are the rights of the person not getting divorce .

The other person can ask for divorce based on the MoU.

One can not take benefit and run away from it later.

Conciliatory body can give only its report on findings on mediation on which the judgment can be based, if not otherwise challenged to be wrong.

If there is a mediation,and the mediation cell has prepared the report and the same has been used to quash the cases . And as per the MOU party's can take mutual divorce but one party is backing on the same.What are the rights of the other person ,can he or she file any cases on the basis OF MOU .
