Sir,
My query is, A Govt employee has been removed from service in 2009, thereafter he pursue LLB and going to be a law graduate in 2012. Is there any problem for him as per section 24A of Advocate Act 1961,to practice law as an Advocate?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 29 August 2011
Yes. Age limit has been prescribed now. If it fits him only then he is eligible to practice otherwise he cannot.

You have to indicate the charges under which he was removed from the Govt. service. One has to know whether the charges involved moral turpitude or not.
