Can a wife file for pre litigation mediation for her matrimonial dispute with husband? If a injunction suits is pending between mother in law and daughter in law where husband is also a party.

Yes, you can approach the Secretary of your District Legal Services Authority. They will guide you to a legal service officer who will in turn help you file a Pre Litigation Petition in any matrimonial issue except the one pending in a court now. It is almost a cost free solution too.

The pending civil case can also also be settled easily if the parties are ready to meet at a mediation process by the authority, for which you must approach the court where it is pending.

Almost all state governments has set up Mediational Cells in each district, where any person can get pre-litigation mediation, wherein your pending litigation can also be taken up and resolved amicably.
