Private club registration

Hi!
I Have a registered partnership firm, we own an agricultural land at nagpur, we wish to develop it with recreational facilities and invite club membership in the name of "My Aajan Valley, A family recreational club" for the same.
please advice me what are the legal formalities?, do i need to register the club with any government organisation even if my firm is registered.

you are going to do commercial activity, so it is suggested to you that take services of professionals for this purpose. since there is various local laws also to be follow.
