Private company employee vis-a-vis labour law

Is Indian Laboaur and Service Law applicable to salaried employees of private companies?.

Yes. They are applicable if the employee falls under the definition of "Workman" as per Industrial Disputes Act.

If the Salaried employees of a foreign company are discharging their duties from a permanent establishment in India ,then the Labour laws of India shall be applicable to such employee/ workman .

I was not employed by a foreign company but by an indian company in managerail capacity with slary of above 10000/p.m.. Am I covered under the Industrial Disputes act.
