Dear Sirs,
I respect all of you and your advice. But i am not in the position to pay anything in near future at least 2 to 3 year since he was elder brother and left many immediate responsibilities of parents and siblings and childrens; marriage of sister and children education. I want to pay but when i will be in the position it may take approx 3 to 5 year but meanwhile how to tackle in between if they suit the case against me. it's one thing.
second, can there be some settlement between me and hospital at any possible sum of amount...
please advise.

i have already advised you at length . if they file case you have to engage a lawyer . and fight the case . if you are unable to pay and unable to fight the case then declare your self an insolvent . contact local lawyer

Agreed with advise of Shri Sethi.
Don't worry till they file suit.
It will not create any problem for 3-5 years that u can't handle. it is civil matter, and execution takes long time.

Thanks to all of you and especially to Shri Ajay Sethi for giving his precious time and attention to my query..... I really do not have to right now... and does not have to pay in future i think because he was my elder brother and backbone of my family as well has main financial manager.... even he was not much educated but her was our all time hero for the family..... i really want to pay his bill as younger brother and pray to god for paving the path for the same.....
as of now nothing in my hand and wait to receive further action from the hospital
