my client's will's executor is unable to act as executor and hence the second executor shall execute the will. pl share the consent letter format to be obtained from the first executor in mumbai.

LET THIS CONSENT BE DRAFTED IN FIRST PERSON FORM WHEREIN FIRST EXECUTOR INTRODUCES HIMSELF BEGINNING WITH (I................S/O...................R/O..........................BEING FIRST EXECUTOR IN THE WILL DATED .........WHOSE TESTATORIS........S/O.............R/O........ BEING UNABLE TO DISCHARGE MY DUTIES AS FIRST EXECUTOR FOR REASONS{STATE HERE REASONS} I HEREBY EXTEND MY FREE CONSENT WITHOUT ANY OBJECTION THAT Mr. ...........S/O.............. R/O..........,who is second executor in the said Will shall do all that is legally necessary for the execution of the said will to which neither I have any objection in present nor shall have any in future).
hence in witness to the facts stated herein above I have set my hands and signed here on this ......... July 2012 at {name of the place}and got it notarized accordingly.
Although ion my opinion legally it is not required.
