Can I get a probate of a unregistered will( notarized will)?

YES you can apply for. Whether the WILL will be probated or not will depend upon the objections, if any, that may be raised by other legal heirs.

If Probate is mandatory in your state, you have to get Probate irrespective of the fact whether the Will is registered or not.
