hello sir ... there is a problem . maine apne uncle ke evidance k liye application di thi court ne accept b kar li with 3000 cost k sath uske baaad pf file hone k baad b mere uncle nh aay or opposite party k advocate b nahi aay due to his family problem . aaj mai court gaya to 2nd party k advocate kehte ki 1 year ho gaya ab tak kai bar pf file ho gaya h but inke uncle nh aay and na inhone cost di. to is baat par juge ne meri applicatn cancle kar di or case final argument pe kar diya .. maine unhe samjhaya ki sir na to apne mujhe kuch direct kiya or naaa 2nd party k advcate last kis dato se to mai kise deta cost but juge to kisi ki b nahi sun rahe the .. applican is base pe cancle kar di ki maine cost nh pay ki ab aap batao kya karu mai//???

You could have deposited the costs with the court.

The judge has not cancelled your application, which was earlier allowed, in fact your evidence has been closed and the matter has been posted for final arguments.

If your uncle is not deposing in your favour due to family problem then you cannot retard the court process due to your family trouble.

You may file a Revision before HC against the orders passed by the Judge.

the court have power to dismiss the application on non deposition of the Cost.

aap apne garaj vas akaran judge saheb ko galat bata rahen hain.

jab koyee darkhast harja par manjoor hotee hai to khilaf party k vakil ko harja dekar order sheet par receive karana hota hai.

beharhall abhi bhi kuch bigada nahi hai agar aap upne unkle ko agali tarikh par darkhast k sang pes kar sanke aur harja bhi ada kar de tab baat ban jayegi.

sir maine 10 min ka time manga but court ne kaha ab 10000 cost hogi or tumhare uncle ko b tum hi bulaoge court nahi to 10000 cost k liye maine manna kar diya to cort ne applicatoin cancel kar di
