Hello,
I am staying in a co-operative housing society in Mumbai. I have a car and I want to buy a stilt paking in a society. The stilt paking belongs to the a person who sold his house long back and now he has just parking. My question is a non member of a society can still own a parking place in society?? If he can then is it safe to buy a parking place belong to non member of a society??
Thank you so much for reading my question... Hoping for the answer

It depens if he has purchase the slit parking then he has the right to make use of it. But if is for the society owners then his right dissolves after selling of its home

It all depends upon the Rules and Regulations of the Society.

Please refer to bye-laws of your society.

It depends upon the bye-laws and precedents prevailing for your housing society. Also verify the general provisions relating to the registered housing societies applicable to your state. And speak with the committee of your housing society, to ascertain the relevant provisions followed by them.
