hello
i am from chhattisgarh. In my neighbour a family is constructing house, all cement waste and wall paint come to my house and due to which my costly marbel in outside veranda is getting damage spotty. i requested her many times but she didnt listen she just say she will make it good. but after that there was no response. can you suggest me some course of legal action which could be taken.

File a civil suit of injunction against your neighbour.

As advised properly by experts above, you may as a last resort file a suit for injunction against your neighbor restraining them further progressing the construction work until the damages caused to you are made good.
