Problem with tikona internet services

Dear All,
I used to use Tikona internet services. Every month I use to pay the bill on time. From last 1 year they are not providing me good services. And I am paying bill partly.
Last month I asked them to disconnect the services. they inactivated my internet account and collected Modem from my house.
I have the receipt which says that I have paid them 550/- as advance at the time of taking connection. I left that amount for them.
From last 1 week some one is calling me and telling that they are calling from Delhi court and they are issuing summons to me as I have not paid 1200/- rupees to tikona internet services as part of final settlement.
Can it be trusted that some one has called me from Delhi court ?
How should I deal with this situation ?
Please assist me.

The callers are recovery agents that have bought the debt. Record all such calls.
They do not have any power to issue summons to you.
Look into the SEF signed by you and jurisdiction of courts stated in it.
The jurisdiction should be your location.
Did you enter into any settlement and did you obtain the signed copy.
Write to MD of M/s Tikona , mention all phone numbers, dates and ask the MD to identify its recovery agent and lawyer whatever it is and demand copies of all docs that has been sent by M/s Tikona to this recovery agent and agency.
IN the same letter describe whatever your issues are and advance payment collected from you, settlement done by company, conclude that nothing is due against you and demand final bill by redg. post only. Ask the MD to stop the harassment at once in writing with a copy to you.
The security has to be adjusted in final Bill that should be within 7 days of disconnection.
