Procedture of getting back my money

I have invested my money in monthly income scheme. As a joint holder I have kept name of my sister but all the money are mine. What documents I should prepare so that my sister can not claim on my money kept in MIS in future?

Take a Declaration form yoru sister that the amount invested and monthly payments are made by you only and that her name is nominal and all the amounts to be paid to you only at the time of withdrawel of the investment / or / you may request the Scheme Manager/s to delet the Second name of your sister from the investment records - file application/Form with the signature of your sisiter - as prescribed by the terms of the Invetment Scheme.
