Procedure for compromise u/s 323 341

(Querist) 13 August 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hello members

I was charged with 323 and 341 in a cross FIR filed against me. The opposite party is charged with section 308 and 334. Both the parties have agreed for settlement. Can someone tell me the procedure for compromise which takes less time and I get honorably discharged. Also, should we go for quashing. I am preparing for govt jobs and I don't want anything against me in my criminal history. Thank You.

aLL the offences mentioned by you ofboth the parties mentioned under various sectionsof IPC are compundable witj the permission of the court. Now both of you enrter into a compromise in the presence of the court, by virtue of which the court dischsrges you both of all the offences you've been charged thereby giving you a clean chit by issuing a compromise decree.
