Procedure for filing compounding application before high court

(Querist) 25 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
One compounding application u/s 320 of Crpc for compounding a compoundable offence u/s 406 of IPC has been rejected by a trial court on frivolous reasons.
A writ u/ s 482 of Crpc r/w article 227 is being filled before High Court.
I would be grateful if some learned expert/s guide in this matter as to whether an another compounding application can be filed before High Court?
If yes, whether it should be a part of the petition or it can be filed separately during hearing of the petition?
