Procedure for Registration of nazul land in our name

D/Sir,

I wanted to know the procedure to register our name on occupied piece of nazul land.
The said nazul land had been occupied by us from last 15years and now i wanted to construct house on it, so, what is the procedure to register name on nazul land.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Please, treat the matter as most urgent as i have started construction on the land.

whether you are paying any enhanced rate of assessment charge to the government? if not you have no such right vested with the land. you now treated as only an encroacher upon the property.
