Hi...i would like to know the procedure to register trade mark of a company

File an application in form TM1 alongwith enclosures needed in the form.
On application to register a trade mark for a specification of goods or services included in one class
[Section 18(1)]

Dear Mr. Raghu,
The Trade Mark Act, 1999 and Trade Mark Rule, 2002 provides us the details about trade mark filing procedure. In brief, I can suggest you as below:
1. Numerous forms are given in Rules under which trade mark filing process is done. For example, for filing you will have to file form TM- 1 with form 48.
2. Thereafter if any objection comes from the TM registry, you will have to meet out those objections.
Finally you will get registration.
