AN EXECUTOR APPOINTED UNDER THE WILL WITH FULL POWER TO SELL. PROBATE GRANTED. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES BY THE EXECUTOR.IS A PERMISSION REQUIRED FROM THE COURT. WHEN IS THE DUTY OF THE EXECUTOR ENDS.CAN HE KEEP ON SELLING THE PROPERTIES FOR INFINITE PERIOD. THANK YOU.

the conditions are prescribed in the probate itself. or in the will. it depends upon the beneficiaries.
