Respected Experts,
6 months back my tenant locked the one portion of my house and went away.
How can i get back my house?
Is it mandatory to give a police complaint and Advertising News Paper e.tc.?
What petition i have to file before the court in Andhra Pradesh?

what were terms of agreement between you and tenant? what was period of agremeent ? has he paid your rent till date ? does your agreement contain a termination clause?

Sir, there is no agreement between us.

One of our Lawyer said that you can get back your house in presence of MRO, for that purpose you have to place a complaint in police station and Paper Advertise etc.

The Police has nothing to do with it.
You have to file civil suit for eviction.

A tenant in default but in possession can not be evicted by police nor forcibly by his land lord except by a small cause suit of eviction and arrears of rent and damages for wrongful use and occupation that too after one month after service of a notice under 106 of T.P.Act.
In circumstances in hand Notice should be sent to his tenancy addressed first then a publication should be made and then should published in a news paper of wide circulation and should also be sent to his permanent address also.Care must be taken of state rent control legislation if the same applies to the rented premises.
