Procedure to issue share certificate by co operative hsg society

Dear Experts

I am a resident of a co-operative Housing Society where society is formed but conveyance deed with Builder and society is not yet done.

Hsg Society wish to issue Share Certificate to its members.

Kindly guide us towards procedure to be followed / paper work to be done in this regard

1) the builder must have provided you details of flat owners

2)society must be having registration number

3) purchase share certificate Register . you can obtain printed register from Federation office

4) in each share certificate name of flat owners , share certificate nos , distinctive nos have to be mentioned

5)the share certificate has to be signed by authorised signatories namely chairman secretary , treasurer

6) when Share certifcate is issued to member obtain signature of said member on counterfoil of share certificate register
