you can contact a Practicing company secretary. procedure is very simple. first you have to obtain din number thenfile form 1A for name availability, then file form 1, 18 and 32 with required documents. ITs very simple. You can do it yourself also. Only few forms are required to be certified by ca, cs or icwa
