Procedure to take 498a back by girl

I am the husband. My wife has filed cases under 498a and DV act. For 2 accused 498a is pending in CJM court Noida and for 4 members it is pending in High Court Allahabad.
We have reached a compromise and agreed to file Divorce with mutual consent.
In 498a I have still not applied for bail. Case was filed by her in 2007 year. As it is pending in high court. I have never been arrested and I have never appeared in 498a in lower court. 2 accused have got regular bail from lower court.For 4 accused it is pending in high court.
I want to know how she will take her cases back. Can she get it closed from lower court or the case will be closed only by high court.Kindly guide the procedure for it

It would be better if you get the case mutually quashed from the High Court. Since one case is pending , it is too more easier.
