Process followed in dv appeal

(Querist) 23 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Members,

Domestic violence case completed in trial court. Complainant has gone for appeal in session court seeking more maintenance and compensation etc.

Would like to know the process followed in DV appeal case. Should any counter/reply to be filed for appeal in Sessions court ? or will there be direct arguments and then final order ? Please suggest the process followed in DV appeal

Thanks
