Dear Sir,
Is there any proces for estimation to figure out the value and fee to be charged for the complete life cycle of case to handle partition deed contest ? If it is yes then how and what main parameters are considered ? Generaly what are the terms and conditions practiced professionally ? can some body enlighten me ?

Lawyer's fee differs from person to person. There is no universal rule. It depends upon convenience and choice of a particular lawyer

A.In practice we do not have any,though there is very old civil general rule on the basis of which advocates'fees is calculated
to be debited to the a/c of the looser.

A.No answer needed.

A.Fees in legal profession is very variable thing which differs from professional to professional depending upon his name and fame earned by him in his profession, client's own capacity to pay,how much the advocate himself is busy the time you engage him,advocates own nature and personality as some time he may not charge you if he knows you can not pay him fees he charges yet shall do for you if he is not preoccupied.So there is no standard scale to tell you any thing about it.

no fixed fees . varies from advocate to advocate
