Proclaim Offenders

Is it necessary to apply application for proclamation of offenders in cout. or the court will do it without the request of the plaintiff?

the court has power under section 82 of crpc to take action suo motto

If it is private complaint, you must attempt to bring the accused before court on bailable or non-bailable warrant, as the case may be. A police report that the accused is absconding or hiding, will entitle you to make application for proclamation order.

generally in cases institutes on police report the public prosecutor will request for issuing the orders for proclamation.

if the case in instituted on private complaint which means U/s. 190 R/w 200 Cr.p.c then its the issue of the complaint to request for the orders

generally courts on this own motion does not issued this orders
