Production of uncalled for records amount for purgery?

In a Civil Suit Plaintiff private party with two Govt. Depts as Defendants. A IA / Petition was filed for production of Documents / Records in possession of Govt Dept.
The petition for call for records/documents has been allowed by the Hon'ble Trial Court.
But the Concerned Defendant/Govt. Dept produced records/documents other than what was called / allowed by the Hon'ble Trial Court.
Does this action of Govt. Dept amount to purgery ?

This is not perjury, but it may be treated as contempt of court.

Once again prey to the court to order for bringing correct required records. If not complied with file for contempt of court.

The court will automatically call for the correct records if the records produced before it are irrelevant or uncalled for, no perjury case will lie for such lapse.
