Can we pursue two professional courses at same time one from regular mode and another from Distance education correspondence .

You cannot pursue two professional courses together. The logic behind this is that professional courses like LLB, CA, etc require dedication and commitment and therefore the regulatory body in the relevant course may issue you with a show cause notice or cancel your registration if the matter comes to its notice. Even if the regulatory body does not come to know about such a fact, the degrees obtained by you would disclose that the simultaneous period in which you completed the two courses.
There is nothing, however, that proscribes you from pursuing a diploma course with a professional course.

It would depend upon nature of professional courses.
For example you can continue LL.B and PGDM simultaneously.

Any course run by a Centre for Distance Learning of a University and a few other part time certificate courses are allowed with a full time course of LLB.
