wht is the difrence penal lawyer and legal advisor.

There is no such word-penal lawyer.

All enrolled lawyers can provide legal advice to the persons seeking it from them. If such enrolled lawyer provides any legal advice on asking of any person, he is working as a legal advisor and his field of expertise is confined to criminal side, he may be called penal lawyer in the language of penal lawyer but legally there is no such word in dictionary.

It is not penal lawyer, it is panel lawyer.

Panel means and comprises of a group of lawyers whose services are engaged and who work for a organization(govt or private).

Legal advisor may usually be a lawyer(corporate lawyer or practising lawyer) who advisises the organization(govt or private) on specific legal issues.

i don't think so,
that penal word will more disurb 2 experts incomprision then my actul query.ok i m now mantioning panel .
