Now a days in metro cities, housing socities construction companies are using foregin places names in india such as Singapore city, Malaysia city etc.(these names can be seen in Hyderabad). Municipal Administration is not objecting while approving plan and giving permission.
My question is
Under what law a suit can be filed to prohibit using foregin places names in India?

There is no bar on using such names in Indian law, you cannot file a PIL, the court will strike of your petition as vexatious & frivilous and may also fine you.

Unfortunately it is allowed in India. In a country where we have not even our own language how can you expect from foreign companies to use the names of our country. Foreigners are not meant to glorify our names.
No law is here to restrict them so no case can be filed.

You can not file PIL or writ petition as there is no restrictions on using such names in Indian law.
