Sir,I was a central govt employee.I was working there since 2012.I resigned in June last year to join bank.My previous employer now conducted DPC and promoted many of my colleagues.I was not promoted despite having lien.Kindly reply if their action is correct.Thank you

You have to verify whether the lien continues, and if so the reason for omitting your name.

Since you are on lien as such your employer is correct. You can exercise your accrued right by returning back to your earlier job.

JI, to me, you resigned last year. the previous employer now conducted DPC. so how can they consider your promotion. at the time of DPC you are resigned employee.
