Proof to be provided by wife in 498

What proof wife need to provide in 498a case. Mere allegation along with word from her family is good good enough to husband behind jail.

If husband prove he has spend more than 25% amount of jewellary she brought at time of marriage on her luxury within 1 year of marriage, would it help in negate the charge he asking for money.

her money or jewel is not used by husband.

It is not the accused husband to prove the contents of FIR rater it is the duty of wife and prosecution side to prove it so husband should not indulge into these lines rather should rebut the allegation only if something concretely is brought on file during evidence.

in dowry cases the accuse has to prove that they had not tortured the wife and did not demand dowry.

any example how to prove she was not tortured and did not demand dowry.

when dowry was never demand and wife accuse u of the same.

No person of prudent mind can side with the opinion of Jitender. Only and only prosecution has to prove the guilt of the accused persons and plea of innocence is always available to the accused persons even in dowry cases.

Don't worry:
99% of 498 cases are aquittal.
All false cases registered in India.

As allegationa are false & imaginary, wife cannot prove it.

Don't worry, Husband need not prove dowry or cruelty!!
