Sir,
I have a query that my grandfather Hotel is in meerut city But my father brother my Uncle & his have captured this hoteland they are running this business ,.I am doing service & living outside.This Hotel is in the name of my father,my grandmother & my uncle.But my uncle has captured the whole hotel. What should I do, so that I get monthly income from this HOTEL.

yes, best you send the notice what you said reason, if they are not agreed the file injunction case against them.
