Dear all,
i have a query regarding transfer of property. A person ( Mr.X)expired at age of 53 without writing a will. He (Mr.X) has 4 daughters and wife. Now my query is that, is Mr.X's mother has a right in that property, when she is not dependent? This property is transferred by Mr.X 's Father at he is a minor.

Why can't you write simple sentences.

What you have done here is making a 'Jilebi'.

If you really want an appropriate answer, better give your facts in small sentences, one after the other. Certainly not in the manner in which you have written.
