My father left behind a regd will many years ago in which he has given me share from his self acquired property. My mother is now become very very old and become somewhat psychotic and she has possession of the home till her lifetime according to the regd will of my father. My very old mother is capable of writing anything for people who have ulterior motives on my share of property. What should I do to safeguard my share of the property. Thanking you in advance for your advice.

The Will was executed in which State? What are the contents of the Registered Will? All will depend upon the contents of the Registered Will.

if your father given the share to you by way of will whether the mutation is entered or not and what time has been lapsed till now and any body of your mother or brother or any member have challenged that will. please answer these.
if the mutation of will is entered and the will is not challenged and not nullified than you become the absolute owner of the property in that share as per the will and no body can sell, transfer or gift that share to any one

There is no effect even if your mother makes any writing against your interests because those interests do not depend upon mercy of your mother rather upon the contents of will which already is in your favour with life time use power for your mother. No need to do any legal action at this juncture.

I AGREE WITH Mr.Raj kumar makkad AS YOU SAY"she has possession of the home till her lifetime according to the regd will of my father"
THAT MEANS ONLY LIFE INTEREST IS CREATED IN HER FAVOR AND SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY TRANSFERABLE RIGHTS IN THE HOUSE WHICH AFTER HER DEATH HAS TO DEVOLVE UPON YOU ACCORDING TO WILL OF YOUR FATHER.
