my father married my mother legally as first wife and married other illegally second wife.now illegal second wife made petition in court she married legally as first wife and asking share in property with us .but my father no more.and all property in name of my mother and us .they got one girl married and a son.my father made some land in name of them also.she has right to get share in us now.my mother age is 60+ at that time they married in front of elders and now no proof of wedding .

second marriage during subsitence of first marriage is illegal . second wife has no rights on share in husband property . however the children born out of said marriage have rights on the property .
as far as proof of first marriage is concened you must be having wedding photographs .marriage invitation card .
although marriage may not be regd your father must have netered her name in ration card , election commission card etc .
