The procedure is simple. Engage a local lawyer who shall demand from you the detail of the property against which the succession is to be sought along-with the copies of the title/proofs of those properties and then shall draft the case and shall file it before the Civil Judge (SD) of area under whose those/either of those properties is situated and thereafter notice to the opposite party as well as general public shall be issued and you shall also have to deposit court fee for this purpose which is state to state different. Once certificate issued, get it registered before registrar and then submit that document before the revenue officer of concerned office wherein you want its execution.
