Good morning learned members
thank you member for the information
Sir as advised by you i am approaching the honorable court for temporary injunction.
Now, will the court sent a notice to the opposite party before the injunction is awarded to my client?

wht will the time limit for me to get the injunction from the court?

wht is document i need to submit for this injunction order and whts the procedure?

thank u

1. Ex parte ad interim injunction can be granted in cases of extreme overwhelming necessity even in absence of other party (however in such a case you would have to intimate the party by RPAD soon after the order and the court has to dispose of the case within 30 days)

2. No Time Limits.

3. What Injunction Order ? Elaborate
