Dear Sir,
My father was working with his siblings consisting 6 brothers excluding him at 20 years back. At that time they all did hard work and brought properties which consists 900 Gaj Land. At that time registries was did for this 900 gaj to only in the name of 3 siblings among total 7 without thinking of any separation and partition of families in future. After few years of my father's marriage my father separated from his other sibling by mouth of words without taking anything and felt that when family partition will done in future than he gets his share. This separation is only for business not relation. My father went for residing in tenanted house. Now at present the landlord filed a case against my father for vacating the premises and we have to take shelter somewhere. My father demanding his share from his elder as well as those sibling who carries registries with them but they are not listing to my father.
Now, What I do in this case ? I am in trouble as my income was not so much that can afford house.

If the property does not in the name of your father it would be difficult to get the share. Family friends, relatives, effective person from society may fetch some result.
