Property documents for purchase of plotted house

I am intereated in purchase of one plotted property in Delhi where in the present owner is presenting the following documents of change in the title of the property from the beginning:
1)The property was purchased in 1959 by Owner A from "Rehalibitation Housing Corporation of India".Original Sale Deed documents are available.
2)Owner A made a registered will in 1962 bequeathing his property to his son who is Owner B.Owner A died in 1967.Original Registered Will is available.
3)Owner B on the basis of Original Sale Deed dated 1959 and Original Registered Will dated 1962 of his father sold the plotted house to Owner C through a Registered Sale Deed in 2007.
4)Owner C now wants to sell this property which is since 2007 in his possession.The property is also mutated in his name in MCD records.
Is it safe to purchase this plotted house.The Registered Will of Owner A is not probated.I understand that getting the will probated in Delhi is not compulsory.There is otherwise no other dispute or any court case with the property.

The chain of the title is complete and there is no legal problem in purchasing this safest and cleanest property.

Sir Thanx for your prompt response.I hope non-availability of Probate of Registered Will of year 1962 of Owner 'A' who expired in 1967 will not cause any problem to me in future.Registered Will of Owner 'A' in Original is available.

No. Such non-availability of Probate shall not create any problem for you as already more than 30 years have elapsed and thus the requirement of such necessity has otherwise ended.
You can purchase it without any hitch in mind.
