As you stated, "Now the case is running in the district court", a question arises, who filed the case in the court and for what purpose?
Also, what is the opinion of your own lawyer, if the case is running in the court?

“The entire land is in the name of Gradfather.”
Still confirm: This property is self acquired or ancestral.
What is this document on which Thumb impression was taken forcefully while Grandfather was bedridden: say a WILL, sale agreement, gift deed, etc etc?
Is this document registered?
Was grandfather also taken forcefully before registering authority to sign?
