Sir,
Mr.X donates his self earned property to some institute inspite of having children by registered will. Mr.X expired in 1998.
And the executer appointed is not doing his job for last 15 years. Executer took the probate 4 years back.
Since the beneficiary party is working for social welfare they are not interested in going into court kacheri. Now if the beneficiary party denies the donation given by X.
To whom does this property goes?
To govt. treasury or the children

If beneficiary is not acting upon the directions of the Will, then going to court for his discharge of duty as executor is then only option left.

Prey the court to decide the donated property ownership in the name of beneficiary as the executor is not performing his duty.
