Dear Sir/Madam

Is there any regular format to be used for Title Clear Report for properties in Goa and which Act do one refer to compile the same? How many year Title Report is considered usual and what should be the advocate's eligibility to compile the same?

there is no format for title report.

30 years report is consider usual.

for advocate there is no specific eligibility for preparation of title report.

No special format is there for such report.
Just describe properly the document perused, chain of title and defect, if any.
30 years is more than enough.
