Property mortgaged

(Querist) 26 July 2014 This query is : Resolved 
One of the property is situated at mumbai area, the land is belong to the Mahda, and structure is belong to the individual, all necessary formalities was done, such as registration of property, electrical meter transferred, society transferred, approved plan copy, NOC from Maha.

This above mentioned property, can we Mortgaged in to the bank?
