PROPERTY PURCHASE.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Property from X . X has purchased it from A B C D. But in sales Deep X has taken signature from A B and C. D's signature is not available in the sales deed. Now D can create any problems on me?
I need help from you.

Please check up whether D has executed any Power of Attorney to either A, B or C. However, the same must have been mentioned in the title deeds when the sale transaction has happened in favour of X who is your vendor.

If A B C has signed the sale deed it means only 1/3 share has sold to X. If the D has not executed any Power of Attorney in favour of anyone from A B C.

But if X has executed any Power of Attorney it should mentioned in sale deed, if it is not mentioned then D is absolute owner of his share till today, and he can create a lot of problems to you.
