property purchased on affidavit

My father purchased a mahada property through affidavit in 1982. my father expired 2 years back. I need to know how can I get that property in my name. We are staying in that house since 1982.. Please let me know procedure??

Contact MHADA officials, They will guide you.

You need to have heirship certificate, / Sucession/ Family settlement and decide who will be next owner, with NOC of all LR/ Legal Heirs.

if property is in your father name on his death make an application for transfer of flat in your name to MHADA. submit NOC of other legal heirs . also indemnity bond as required

First , u need to obtain a Legal heir/ succession certificate in ur favour by adopting applicable legal process from competent authority and then approach MHADA authority go ahead with the process of transfer of title .
