Property registration

I have problems relating Registration.
We have the property in name of my Grandfather,my dad having two brothers, my dad bought property of HUF,while my dad bought that property , he paid the considerations to all his brothers, that time he got signed from them in white papers stating that the property details with revenue stamp.
now the problem is that property not yet registered with my dad's name still . now my dad's brothers asking the share of that property current market value, they arguing that still now your not registered with your name, so we have the right to share the property. Consideration paid in 1990. My Grandfather is no more.
now what we can do for in this regards. Kindly help me.

since property is standing in name of your grand father and he died intestate on his death all legal heirs namely his 3 sons have share in the property .

for transfer of property in your father name you need consent of other leagl heirs namely your 2 uncles .


arrive at settlement with your uncles .

We were already settled the considerations to the other brothers of my dad, once again we have to give consideration.
All government duties like property tax, EB charges, Water tax all in the name of my dad.Only Registration is pending.

now what is the procedures for registering property in my dad's name.

the brothers have not executed any deed of relinquishment duly stamped and regd .

you should have consulted a lawyer before making payment .

Dear Sir

We were paid consideration in 1990,that time we got signature from them in white papers stating that property details with Revenue Stamp and also witness.

Now we want to sell the property but that property not in our name. so we were asked them(Two Brothers) to sign for registration, they were denied and they are asking us share of the property in current market rate.

What shall i do now?

contact a local lawyer . show him the papers signed by brothers . go by hi s advise
