Sir my name is tikaram from delhi. ( india )
Sir mere mummy papa dono hi expire ho gye hai... main or meri behan hi hai jo mujhse badi hai ...hum dono mein bilkul bhi nahi banti...2015 mein meri shadi huyi ..mujhe paise ki jrurat thi toh mene apni behan se salah kar ke apne ghar ki roof bech di..but mene roof sale karne ke liye mene usko owner banaya..usko mene apni power de di ....ye kaam 1 property dealer ne krwaya...or meri behan ne mujhe f.g.p.a. mere naam se karwayi...phir hum dono me kuch baat ko lekar jhagda ho gya ...usne meri f.g.p.a. cancel karwa di .. ab us property mera hissa dene se mana kar rahi hai..ab mein kya karu ki wo mera hissa mujhe de de...

@ Tikaram,
1. Instead of mentioning author of the query as "anonymous" you should write "Tikaram".
2. Write in either language i.e., if "Hindi" it should be Hindi and not "Winglish" so that the experts may guide you properly, after understanding and analysing your query.
3. Consult a local lawyer, at least I could not follow what do you want to know.
