It will be treated as his self earned property.
So unless he gives it to you, you can do nothing.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 04 January 2014
Questioned land is self acquired property of your father so you can not claim any share in that land during his lifetime. It is his wish/desire to whom he gives or not.
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 04 January 2014
The property came into the hands of your father by Will not as a legal heir acquired property intestate (after demise of the owner of the property). Hence it has to be treated as self-acquired property of your father and he is free to deal with it as he wishes till he is alive.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 04 January 2014
Well advised by the expert, the property in the hands of your father is elf acquired and he is free to sell, gift will or mortgage it.

agree with experts
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 04 January 2014
The property acquired by your father through testamentary will and after that it becomes his own property, therefore you cannot claim any right or share in the property.
rajeev shenoi (Querist) 04 January 2014
even if that property was an ancestry property i have no rights .
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 05 January 2014
Had it been ancestral then only you would have rights in it.
Now it is not so.
